STEP 2: COMPLETE THE DUAL ENROLLMENT STUDENT FORM
To complete this step, you must have completed a Fullerton College online application and have received your Fullerton College ID number.
For high school students, before you can enroll in Fullerton College dual enrollment courses, you must complete the Dual Enrollment Student form. After you (the student) review and electronically sign the form, it will be routed to your high school official’s designee to sign electronically.
For FSD students participating in Middle College, please complete the Fullerton College Middle College Form.
Note: In order for this form to be accepted, students must log in with their own account and use their personal email on the form.
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE DUAL ENROLLMENT PARENT/guardian AUTHORIZATION FORM
Dual enrollment students are required through Title V (56700) to submit one Parent/Guardian Authorization Form allowing enrollment into any Fullerton College course for the duration of their high school years. This form only needs to be submitted one time and is stored in the student’s academic record.
Before students can enroll in Fullerton College Dual Enrollment courses, the parent/guardian must complete the Dual Enrollment Parent/Guardian Authorization form.
